Should you wish to place an order with us, most pieces are ex-stock, however please leave up to 28 days for delivery to allow production time.  All our stock is manufactured in the UK.
Any item can be made in 9ct gold but by order only; prices are quoted at the time of enquiry.  The range has been produced in silver as a limited edition; detailed with hard gold-plate  & diamond set enhancements.

Please contact us to place an order, we accept payment at that time by credit or debit card or by paypal.   An acknowledgement & receipt of the transaction, will be sent out at the time of placement.  

Postage is charged on all orders at an average of £9.50 for special delivery in the UK, which has to be signed for on receipt, insuring the item in transit.  Any delivery costs abroad will be advised when you contact us for your enquiry.

You have the right to cancel the item(s) any time prior to delivery, after that you have 10 days in which to make any returns for credit; provided they are returned UNUSED & in good condition.   Any cancellation must be made in writing either by email, fax or post.  Any failure to return cancelled goods within the given time will result in monies being deducted for the cost of recovery of the goods, by us.  
The consumer will bear the cost of the return with the same level of cover.

If you should be unfortunate to receive an item that is damaged please inform us immediately.  If the package has been damaged in transit we cannot be held responsible, however we will try to resolve the problem to our mutual satisfaction.
